Box Office & Data Manager
The Box Office & Data Manager will lead the delivery and development of Storyhouse’s box office function, ensuring ticketing operations support revenue growth, excellent customer experience and effective audience insight across the organisation. The role contributes directly to the organisation’s commercial performance through effective management of ticketing strategy, pricing and customer experience.
As Box Office & Data Manager, you will oversee the setup, management and optimisation of events within the ticketing system, ensuring pricing, availability and customer journeys are managed effectively to maximise income and accessibility.
