Casual Catering Assistant

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic casual catering assistants to join our team. Candidates should be committed to providing high standards and be willing to undertake food hygiene training. If you have great customer service skills and think you would enjoy within our catering team we would love to hear from you.

What you’ll do

  • Provide a high standard of customer care in a friendly, professional and courteous manner.
  • To serve in coffee shops or our restaurants as required serving customers at the counter, operating a till system, clearing tables, dishwashing and general catering duties.
  • Deal with customer queries and take action as required.
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of hospitality as required.
  • To undertake basic food preparation.
  • Undergo training to make coffee to a Barista standard.
  • To undertake any cleaning duties that may be required including the use of the dishwasher.
  • Adhere to relevant Health, Safety and Hygiene legislation including any training required in Food Hygiene.

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • To be caring, friendly, approachable and wiliness to go the extra mile.
  • Ability to work within a team.
  • Ability to work flexibly including evenings and weekends.
