Pay: £14.29 – £14.86 per hour (depending on qualifications)

The Haven School is an Independent Special School for pupils aged 11-19 years, with ASC, located in Mold, North Wales.
The Haven School is committed to the education and personal development of children and young people with autistic spectrum conditions, and in doing so, to work in close partnership with families, commissioners and others.
What will the role entail
We are looking for enthusiastic Supply Teaching Assistants with a passion for supporting exceptional children and young people. You will have a creative approach to meeting needs and enhancing curriculum delivery.
As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will support children across school on an individual basis and in group situations to support their learning.
We want our learners to be excited about coming to school and love learning. We want them to be motivated and challenged as they thrive in a school that understands their individuality and celebrates their unique qualities and strengths. Most of all, we are committed to providing every learner with the tools and strategies to become a successful autistic adult.
Supply TAs work variable hours to cover for staff absences and provide additional support where it is most needed. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a specialist education setting and grow your skills!
