Global Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist

The Clean Air Fund is looking for a Global Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist to join our HR team in London, Delhi or Accra. This is an excellent opportunity to help shape a high-quality recruitment and onboarding experience and support the growth of a mission-driven organisation tackling one of the world’s biggest health challenges: air pollution.

As Global Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist, you’ll play a central role in delivering an efficient, consistent, and engaging hiring process across our global teams. You’ll manage job posting, interview scheduling and onboarding logistics, while maintaining accurate data across our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HR Information System (HRIS).

You’ll also contribute to improving recruitment workflows, supporting the use of technology, and strengthening our global hiring practices.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in recruitment coordination, ideally in an international setting.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities at pace.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across diverse teams.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work.
  • Understanding of data protection and dedication to delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
  • A proactive, solution-focussed approach with an interest in process improvement.

Salary: £34,272- £40,697  (London)
