City Dean (Missional Development Leader)

This is a unique opportunity to lead a transformation project in a dynamic and diverse urban centre.

The City Dean will:

• Be the strategic leader for Plymouth 2035, able to inspire churches to engage in the missional growth of church growth.
• Play a key part in recruiting a significant number of new clergy to the city.

You will have:

• Led church growth over a sustained period;
• Experience of project and change management;
• Exceptional people skills, able to inspire, empower and support others.

Growing Faith Lead

This role is vital in ensuring that children and young people are central to the Plymouth 2035 project.

The Growing Faith Lead will:

• Be a strategic leader, responsible for a new initiative to reach significant numbers of children and young people across the city;
• Work in partnership with churches across the city to recruit, support and resource staff and volunteer teams.

You will have:

• Significant experience of youth or children work in church and schools;
• Exceptional organisation skills, being proficient in creating and implementing policies and procedures, especially safeguarding.
