As part of our ambitious growth plans we are investing in a number of key roles and we are seeking an International Development and Solutions Manager to assist our Director of International Development execute our exciting new international development strategy.

- Assist and contribute to the execution of the international development strategy.
- Drive demand for VTCT Skills qualifications through the building of relationships with employers and educational institutions.
- Ensure implementation of key internal projects, working cross functionally, to ensure key objectives of the international strategy are met.
- Support our regional teams and International Marketing Manager with business development activity.
- A track record in achieving international growth.
- An Awareness of global skills trends and demand creation.
- Internal and external stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 5 years experience in international education.
- Skills education market knowledge of Africa, Middle East. East and South Asia.
- Project management qualifications.
- Experience in working with government skill agencies.
