Store Manager

Are you an experienced retailer who is looking to make a difference?

We are looking for a Store Manager at our charity shop in Hereford, to help us create a hub of sustainable fashion and raise funds to support dogs and their owners across the country.

What does this role do?

As Store Manager, you'll:

  • lead the store to smash sales targets, leading on pricing of items according to guidelines, using knowledge of designer brands to identify opportunities and generate high-quality stock to maximise profit,
  • drive sales through motivating a team of dedicated staff and volunteers to deliver excellent customer service,
  • maintain high levels of shop presentation through effective merchandising, using commercial decision making to drive the best use of space available,
  • provide leadership and line management to volunteers and members of staff.

Interviews for this role are provisionally scheduled for 1st and 2nd December 2025.

Could this be you?

To be successful in this role, you'll need significant fashion retail experience, understanding the complexities of retail management and ideally with experience in charity retail. You'll be an engaging leader who has the ability to drive sales through commercial awareness and excellent customer service, while also being an inspiring manager who can bring out the best in staff and volunteers.
