Located in Bridgend County, Bridgend Life Centre is our flagship facility within the region and a beacon of excellence, servicing a wide range of different demographics and local community needs.

With a membership base of over 4500, there is plenty to get your teeth into at these sites to help continue the positive growth path this centre is enjoying.

The centre also hosts a vibrant activity programme, with ample opportunity to continue to grow this part of the product offer.

You will be a key player in the future of this centre and region. There are plenty of opportunities to get involved in projects to support your personal development and the growth and success of the organisation. 

You will need a proven track record of leadership and management experience preferably earned in a leisure based customer facing environment, an ambitious streak and a willingness to learn and mature on the job.

This is a great career stepping stone role into Area or Regional Management for the future.

Main Purpose - lead your team, manage your centre; delight your customers.

Contract -  Permanent.

Salary - £ 45000.00 per annum.

Hours - 37 hours per week.

Commencement date - asap subject to pre employment clearances.

Closing date -  10th October 2025 at 5 p.m.

Interview date - 23rd October 2025.
