Coordinator - Mining and Faith Reflections Initiative

Responsible mining companies and faith groups have a shared interest in working collaboratively to support long-term socioeconomic development. This common objective has resulted in several years of engagement between a number of companies from the mining industry and a variety of faith groups called the Mining and Faith Reflections Initiative (MFRI). This is a multistakeholder initiative that seeks to create space for courageous dialogue between the mining sector and global faith leaders to better understand how mining can serve the common good.

The MFRI is seeking a coordinator to provide administrative and logistical support to the secretariat manager for approximately 5 days / month. Although the position will start on 1st January 2026, the MFRI is keen to support a handover period with the previous Coordinator starting at the beginning of October 2025 until the end of the year (around 10 days). This is a remote organisation that supports working from home and flexible working arrangements, however in person attendance at meetings around 3-4 times a year is essential.
