Fresh from an £11m redevelopment, Poole Museum is looking for a consultant to help us unlock the potential of our collections. We need a Collections Strategic Framework and Action Plan that moves us from paper compliance to real-world impact.

This commission will:

• Prioritise rationalisation to enable capital works
• Improve care and documentation
• Drive access, engagement, and research
• Position our collections for full accreditation and maritime designation
