Bank Receptionist (Castlebrae)

Location: Castlebrae, Auchterarder

Salary £13.38 per hour

We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Bank Reception. to work as part of our front-house team. We offer an extremely competitive package.

The Job

 To be first point of contact for all patients, visitors and staff attending or contacting the Police Treatment Centres. Creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere that reflects the company’s core brand values. Ensure a smooth flow of operations by answering phone calls, greeting visitors and coordinating administrative tasks.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide admissions support through processing online patient application forms, booking allocations, booking amendments, cancellations and pre-registration administration.
  • Register patients (in and outpatients) and guests on arrival/departure and deal with their enquiries
  • Dealing with enquiries from our beneficiaries
  • Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Receive and distribute mail
  • Taking cash and credit card payments
  • Signing in visitors
  • Cleaning, organising, and maintaining the reception area
  • Maintaining front door security, Fire warden responsibilities and reporting any suspicious activity
  • Representing the Charity with a positive attitude and professional appearance

Applicants should be team player, be able to work unsupervised with good typing and IT skills. Previous work in reception would be preferable although not essential as full training will be provided
