We are looking for inspirational Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioners our brand-new nursery in the heart of Deanshanger village, launching in January 2026. Nestled next to the community centre, our new nursery will be located in the former Deanshanger pre-school building, a space that served local families for many years. We’re proud to bring it back to life with a fresh vision and a deep commitment to early years care.

Our Deanshanger nursery will specialise in the under three age group, welcoming babies and toddlers under three years of age initially, offering a nurturing, stimulating environment where little ones can thrive. With a beautiful garden space and a strong emphasis on outdoor play, babies and toddlers will enjoy daily access to the outdoors, rain or shine!

The role will be 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday working between 0730 and 18.15. Working patterns will be discussed during the recruitment process.

The ideal candidate will be passionate, motivated and enthusiastic about outdoor learning and creative play, as well as a good working knowledge and practice of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures.
