Supporter Care Fundraiser

Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 per annum (depending on experience)

The Supporter Care Fundraiser will nurture lasting relationships with donors and volunteers, ensuring they feel valued, informed, and connected to RABI’s purpose. The Events & Engagement Manager will lead RABI’s programme of agricultural, corporate and community events, ensuring every activity reflects the charity’s values and strategic goals. Managing volunteers, ambassadors and a dedicated events team, this role will deliver high-quality, mission-driven events that raise RABI’s profile, strengthen relationships and inspire engagement across England and Wales.
