If you’re driven by purpose and thrive in dynamic environments, this is your opportunity to lead meaningful change.

  • Designing systems that help services stay strong during disruption.
  • Working with teams to test readiness and improve continuity plans.
  • Advising colleagues on risk and resilience across volunteer programmes.
  • Making sure surge models meet ethical and legal standards.
  • Using learning from past events to shape future improvements.
  • Strong understanding of risk management and business continuity in volunteer settings.
  • Experience identifying and mitigating risks across the volunteer journey.
  • Ability to design and test resilience strategies, including continuity plans.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and compliance in surge and redeployment contexts.
  • Experience supporting surge or rapid deployment models.
  • Confident communicator and collaborator, able to influence and engage stakeholders.
