Administrator
Pay: £12.30 per hour
Hours: 24 hours per week, to include alternate weekends
Shifts: 8:30am - 5:00pm or 9:00am - 5:30pm
We have an exciting opportunity for a part time Administrator to join the team at our stunning residential country house care home at Ashley Heath. This home is set in beautiful surroundings and located close to the market town of Ringwood. You'll be part of a small team responsible for all admin tasks and also front of house on reception in the main area of this home.
Key duties for our Administrator include:
- First point of contact reception duties – dealing with both calls and visitors to the home, including family members and external medical professionals
- Dealing with external suppliers regarding quotes, deliveries and invoices/statements.
- Providing invoices for payment to our Head Office finance team
- Payroll admin
- Support the Home Manager with recruitment administration – ensuring correct candidate documents are obtained, employment references are sought and DBS checks are submitted

Key requirements: -
- Current experience in an administration role
- Computer literate including Microsoft Office – Word & Excel
- Well organised and with the ability to prioritise.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
