Burntwood Memorial Community Association (BMCA) is seeking a dependable Caretaker to support the smooth running of our building and its events. Tahis is a key role ensuring our community hub remains a secure and welcoming space.

Your Role Will Involve:

• Opening and closing the building for functions.
• Setting up furniture for events if required.
• Being a friendly point of contact for building users.
• Carrying out basic maintenance and security checks.

This part-time position requires around 6 hours a week, primarily on evenings and weekends, making it ideal for someone self-motivated and living locally.
