Are you passionate about helping people and making a difference in your community?

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Project Worker to join our friendly team at Citizens Advice Bridgend. You’ll provide high-quality advice and support to clients across a range of issues, including welfare benefits and debt, empowering them to make informed decisions about their lives.
You’ll work with clients in person, by phone, and online, ensuring they receive the right help at the right time. You’ll also help build strong partnerships with local organisations to improve access to advice and support.

•   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•   Ability to manage a busy and varied caseload
•   A proactive, team-focused approach
•   Some knowledge of welfare benefits or debt advice (training provided)

Location: Bridgend (with travel across the borough and some home working)
Salary: £25,524 per annum (pro rata)
Hours: Full-time and part-time positions available
