This an exciting opportunity for caring, compassionate and talented support workers in Wigan to work within an established service, supporting one person with learning disabilities, mobility and cerebral palsy.
This is a great opening to make a real difference to the lives of others and gain great development.
This service is a bungalow, with a patio garden and a drive way for a mobility car. It is quite close to the town centre and also there are a few shops, just within walking distance.
The person here supported enjoys listening to music, going to charity shops, going to the army café, shopping, going for a drive with staff and also going to the gym to attend PT sessions.
There are usually 2 staff on shift per day. The typical shift pattern is 10am start and finishing the next day at 8am. There is also a 10am-7pm shift too.
The person supported here would love that staff team to have a good sense of humour!
