Job Description

Be the voice that shapes health and social care in Rotherham. We’re hiring an energetic, community‑focused Engagement Officer to reach underrepresented groups, gather lived experience, and turn insight into action.
What you’ll do
• Build trusted relationships across local communities
• Run outreach, events, workshops, and pop‑up sessions
• Capture and report people’s experiences of health and social care
• Provide information and signposting to residents
• Support and manage volunteers and partner activity
• Represent Healthwatch at meetings and public events
