    We are seeking to appoint a caring, dynamic and inspirational House Parent. The House Parent will oversee the personal development of each pupil in the boarding house and take responsibility for their pastoral, academic and co-curricular life.

    The House Parent will have a proven track record of providing first rate pastoral care and be a natural leader with an excellent understanding of what it takes to deliver a boarding experience in which pupils thrive. Experience of boarding is essential, as is the ability to foster a nurturing, supportive environment.

    The House Parent will hold a relevant degree and be an inspirational teacher. Applications from all subjects relevant to our curriculum will be considered. Full support and mentoring will be given to those new to the role.

    Bryanston is a world-class co-educational full-boarding school set in a beautiful 400-acre campus, surrounded by Dorset countryside, and provides an outstanding education for 780 pupils aged 3-18.
