Property Finance Manager – Join Barnardo's Finance Operations Team.

If so, Barnardo's have an exciting opportunity to join our fast paced Finance Operations team as our Property Finance Manager and we'd love to hear from you.

In this role, you will:

Lead and develop a team of Property Finance Administrators
Oversee end-to-end property finance processes, including:
Rental income and payments
Utilities, service charges, and rates
Supplier billing and invoice consolidation
Journal entries and master data management
Collaborate with colleagues across Property, Finance, Retail, and Children's Services
Build and maintain relationships with external partners such as landlords, managing agents, and auditors
Drive continuous improvement and service excellence
Identify opportunities to streamline systems and processes
Support the Head of Finance Operations and Manager – Finance Processing and Controls in embedding a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and innovation

You'll bring:

Experience in finance operations or shared service environments
Strong understanding of transactional finance activities
Proven ability to manage and develop teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Strong ERP and Excel skills and Accounting knowledge
