Volunteer Services Coordinator
Location – Nr Stroud
Salary – £25,995.62 FTE
Hours – Part time (19.5 hours)
Are you organised, compassionate, and ready to make a difference? We’re looking for a proactive and people focused individual to work within our Volunteer Service Department, supporting those living with life-limiting conditions and empowering volunteers to thrive.
To deliver a professional, proactive, and responsive Volunteer Service the post holder will play a key role in recruiting, coordinating, and supporting volunteers across all departments, ensuring a seamless volunteer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead volunteer recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
- Maintain accurate volunteer records and ensure compliance with policies and DBS requirements.
- Support and coordinate volunteers across departments, including managing leavers.
- Produce reports on volunteer activity, hours, and recruitment data.
- Improve volunteer service processes and support the delivery of new volunteer-led projects.
- Assist with information governance responsibilities and maintain data security standards.
- Provide general administrative support to the Volunteer Service team.
