2.1 Help to Implement and maintain the HSE management system under group certification of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
2.2 Help to manage warehouse fulfilment/logistics activities comply with all local regulations, Lazada and international standards requirements.
2.3 Help to prepare the HSE performance reports and identify the opportunities for improvement
2.4 Support and conduct Risk Assessments for the Warehouse/Sort/Hub sites in the country.
2.5 Participate in the internal ISO audits to identify the non-conformities and follow up with the corrective actions.
2.6 Responsible for managing HSE for contractors to ensure all the contract jobs are conducted safely in the Warehouse/Sort/Hub premises.
2.7 Help to drive preparedness in addressing emergencies, and ensure that appropriate corrective measures are taken promptly in response to any accident or near-miss.
2.8 Help to prepare the HSE incident reports and carry out investigations into accidents, ill health, dangerous occurrences and near miss incidents and ensure that appropriate reporting action is taken.
2.9 Help develop programs and training to educate, train and motivate employees to be aware of HSE aspects and impacts in order to conduct activities with minimal risk.
2.10 Help to share and implement the best HSE practices and support initiatives from regional and promote its application, consistently, across all the warehouses
2.11 Monitor and ensure compliance with the requirements specified by the DENR/EMB (PD 1586, RA 6969, RA 8749, RA 9003, RA 9275), their respective implementing rules and regulations, and other pertinent rules and regulations.

HSE Supervisor is responsible to work with respective functional stakeholders to upkeep the workplace health, safety and environmental standards with the aim of zero incidents/accidents including the protection of the environment across the operations in the Site/s.
Create leadership culture in HSSE department to drive the desired service & growth. Planning, reporting, optimizing, and ensuring compliance.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
1 Certified/Qualified Safety Officer 2 (BOSH Training,8 Hour Mandatory OSH Training, LCM Training)
2 Certified Pollution Control Officer
3 Relevant graduate qualifications with minimum 2-3 years of experience in HSE controls
4 Good written and verbal communication skills, people skills, and an ability to work under pressure within deadlines as required
5 Have a sense of urgency, proactiveness and good problem-solving skills to provide quick and efficient responses to near misses, accidents and emergencies.
6 Experienced of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 in warehousing and/or logistics is an advantage
