If so, we want you to join our team! We are recruiting a dynamic ‘As and When' Project Worker, who can support us to deliver our service in Burmantofts.

The Barnardo's Co-op Partnership is an exciting and innovative project where we are

aiming to support over 1 million young people to have positive futures.

You could be working alongside young people and empowering them to continually develop their co-designed service.

The service facilitates weekly sessions on Tuesdays after school and other sessions throughout the week providing opportunities where young people can:

  • Come together to make and share food
  • Play games and make friends
  • Feel included and safe to explore topics that matter to them
  • Take part in creative activities to enhance their wellbeing.

If you are:

  • Confident and creative in engaging and working alongside young people
  • aged between 10-25 years (including SEND)
  • Skilled in delivering groupwork sessions for young people.
  • Able to provide emotional and practical support to young people, in line with safeguarding policies and procedures.
  • Able to work evenings and weekends to meet the needs of young people.
  • Able to work in partnership with Co-op, Children's Services and the community, whilst keeping young people at the centre
