The Abingdon Foundation is looking to appoint an organised and proactive administrator with good IT skills to join our friendly HR team in providing a high quality, professional HR service across the Foundation. The Foundation comprises two schools: Abingdon School and Abingdon Prep School, as well as Abingdon School Enterprises.
The HR Administrator will play a key role in managing and supporting a wide range of administrative tasks including arranging and recording all mandatory staff training on a HR Information System (HRIS), and administering and recording contractual and pay and benefits related matters paperwork. As required, the HR Administrator will also complete filing and archiving and pre-appointment checks, and help to manage and allocate queries/requests (HR tickets) coming into the HR team.
If you are a flexible and positive team-player with excellent organisational and administrative skills, and have the ability to manage and prioritise across a range of different tasks, we would love to hear from you. Experience working with a HRIS, in a HR role or in a school would be helpful but are not essential. It is more important that you have the right skills and personal attributes for the role.
