What You’ll Do

• Lead and deliver high-quality coaching for girls aged 7+ and our Women’s team.
• Work with the Director of Cricket to create an ambitious, year-round programme (starting with winter nets in January 2026).
• Develop a complete pathway from girls’ cricket through to senior women’s cricket.
• Spot and develop players with the potential to represent Surrey CCC.
• Forge strong links with schools, clubs, and community groups to grow participation.
• Champion our vision to become one of the best Women’s & Girls’ cricket programmes in the country.
• Be a role model, inspiring players of all ages to love the game

What We’re Looking For

• ECB Level 2 (Core Coach) or above.
• Experience coaching women and girls, with a proven track record of inspiring players.
• Knowledge of the ECB Player Pathway and the women’s game.
• Strong technical coaching skills, great communication, and a positive, inclusive approach.
