About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional and enthusiastic teacher to join our highly effective teaching team within the Chimes area of our school. This role is to work collaboratively with our therapy team to teach our students who follow individualised timetables, whilst ensuring a broad and balanced curriculum offer.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with our Chimes Lead practitioner to teach within a department which helps to reintegrate pupils with school-based anxiety into education.
This professional needs to be flexible and fully committed to engaging and maximising the achievement for pupils with Special Educational Needs. This role would suit a qualified teacher with experiences of any key stages within mainstream or SEN education.
This job description incorporates the professional duties of a teacher as set out in the Teacher’s standards. The purpose of the job is to manage and ensure the effective delivery for all educational programmes for students placed at Dawn House School, in line with all statutory requirements and Speech and Language UK policies and procedures.
