About the Role
As a Care Quality Commission (CQC) Registered Manager, you will lead a flexible support service across four respite settings located in Witney, Banbury, Didcot and Oxford, ensuring positive outcomes and independence for the people we support.
You will provide strategic leadership, motivating a high-performing team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care in line with CQC standards and Brandon Trust policies. Your role will drive social inclusion and uphold individual rights, enabling people with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs to lead fulfilling lives.
You will also support transformative care initiatives, delivering innovative, personalised outcomes and helping Brandon Trust remain at the forefront of flexible, person-centred support.
What You’ll Be Doing

Leading and supporting teams to deliver outstanding respite care.

Ensuring services meet CQC requirements and Brandon Trust policies.

Driving operational compliance, including staffing, budgets, and service improvement plans.

Preparing for CQC inspections and implementing action plans where required.

Promoting safeguarding, health and safety, and a safe, inclusive environment.

Building strong relationships with people we support, their families, carers, and external professionals.

Championing person-centred, innovative approaches to care and transformation.

What We’re Looking For
- Registered Manager’s Award (CQC).

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or working towards one.
- Full UK Driving Licence.

Experience leading residential and/or respite care services.

Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Commitment to person-centred care, social inclusion, and empowering people we support.
