307_Community Development Worker

We are looking for a highly motivated enthusiastic and dedicated Community Development Worker who is passionate about making a difference and developing strong networks within the local community. You will work as part of the Healthy Communities Team as part of the Better Together programme to reduce Health inequalities, this post will be working in the Hunslet and Riverside area of Leeds.
