North Yorkshire/York: Support Manager – VCSE Support Team, Community First Yorkshire
Location: North Yorkshire/York: Office based (Askham Bryan) with travel in North Yorkshire as required
Hours: 28 per week
Salary: NJC Scale 20 £32,597 FTE (Pro Rata 28 hrs per week)
Are you an organised, proactive manager with a passion for supporting communities? Join Community First Yorkshire as our Support Manager and help strengthen the voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) sector across North Yorkshire.
In this role, you’ll:
Lead a small, dedicated support team
Deliver excellent customer service and manage frontline enquiries
Oversee office operations, data systems, and project administration
Represent us at events and build strong relationships with partners.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has strong administrative and digital skills
- Enjoys managing people and processes
- Can work flexibly and adapt to a varied workload
- Shares our commitment to supporting the VCSE sector.
