We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to work alongside our Service Manager, who can assist us in driving forward outcome-focused, person-centred support based in Mansfield Woodhouse.

This is a full-time permanent contract.

Purpose of the Post:

The successful applicant will deputise for the manager during their absence in the day to day running of the adult day service and be required to manage the staff team and contribute to the overall running of the service.

Experience of an adult day or accommodation-based service or running activities for autistic young people or adults is desirable. The successful applicant may be required to work weekends or evenings where necessary for outreach.
