About the role:
We are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Assistant Management Accountant to support the Finance team in delivering accurate and timely management accounts. This role is ideal for a part-qualified accountant looking to develop their skills within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key skills and experience:
The required skills and competencies for this role are:
- Previous experience in an accounts or finance assistant role
- Strong Excel skills (e.g. VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work to month-end timetables
It would also be an advantage if you have any of the following skills and competencies:
- Part Qualified accountant (CCAB)
- Charity sector experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with non-finance stakeholders
