ASN Day Services Student Practitioner

Position Type:

Part-time 22.5 hours per week.

At Camphill School Aberdeen, we currently have an opportunity for a caring and enthusiastic ASN Day Services Student Practitioner to join our Day Services team.

Within the learning for life day services team, your primary task will be to create and maintain a supportive work, learning and/or therapeutic environment for children/young people in their workshops and to assist in the provision of a safe and meaningful learning environment both individually and as part of a team, to help young people achieve their potential by strengthening areas where they can develop.

This post requires:

1 – 2 years’ experience of working with additional support needs (children and/or (young) adults)

SVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or working towards suitable qualifications to meet SSSC requirements)

SSSC registration with/without conditions

PVG membership for work with children and vulnerable adults
