Chef – Bootham Senior School – term time only plus four weeks

Start Date: December 2025 

Mealtimes are an important part of the day at Bootham and our Chefs are a key part of the team that delivers over 1,000 meals every day to our staff and students. In addition you will be expected to prepare food for various internal functions and meetings including light refreshments, buffets and dinners. On occasions this will mean working extra hours at weekends to cover special events, Old Scholars Weekend, Parents’ Day and other such events that happen during the school year.

Working five days out of seven including some Saturdays and occasional Sundays, usually 6:30 am to 2:30 pm with occasional 12:30 pm to 7:30 pm shifts.
