- Supporting refugees and asylum seekers with tailored casework that meets their individual needs.
- Collaborating with local partners to ensure joined-up support and effective referral pathways.
- Distributing emergency provisions and resources in line with organisational guidance.
- Managing and mentoring volunteers to deliver high-quality, compassionate services.
- Gathering feedback from service users to improve and shape future support.
- Promoting inclusion through advocacy, awareness-raising and community engagement activities.
- Experience delivering casework support to vulnerable individuals, ideally within a migration context.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and adapt.
- Knowledge of the rights and entitlements of refugees.
- Ability to provide sensitive, empowering support to people in distress.
- Proven experience working collaboratively across agencies and building effective partnerships.
- Commitment to inclusive practice, with a clear understanding of safe working principles.
