As Advice Team Leader you will play a key role in ensuring our advice services are delivered to high quality standards with a strong focus on our Gateway Service but will also work across other teams as required. You will lead, motivate and support staff to deliver quality services, helping the team to achieve agreed targets and objectives. Experience of people management is desirable but this role may also appeal to an experienced Generalist Adviser with a good level of technical knowledge who is looking to develop skills in managing and supervising others, and support holistic service delivery in related advice areas.

Excellent organisation and communication skills are essential for this role, along with a solution-focused approach and an understanding of the importance of motivating individuals to succeed. A positive approach to leading a team and working with others to achieve wider organisational goals is essential.
