    Registered Children’s Home Managerto lead our welcoming home inHatch Beauchamp, an established service ratedGood by Ofsted (June 2025). The home provides care and accommodation for up tothree young people aged 10–17, both male and female.

Staff pride themselves on creating a family feel and building strong relationships with the local community, schools, and services.What You’ll Be Doing:
    • Leading the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance.
    • Inspiring and developing a passionate staff team.
    • Building strong relationships with local services, schools, and community partners.
    • Embedding therapeutic care practices and maintaining a positive culture.
    • Managing safeguarding, health and safety, and all operational aspects.
    • Working closely with the Responsible Individual and wider strategic partners to shape the home’s future.

    What You’ll Bring:
    • Level 5 qualification in Leadership & Management in Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards it).
    • At least two years’ recent experience in a supervisory or management role within a registered children’s home.
    • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
    • A solid understanding of legislation and Ofsted regulations.
    • A full UK driving licence.
