About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll support the Quality and Compliance Manager in delivering our Quality Management Framework. You will take the lead on audits, contribute to action planning, and help embed continuous quality improvement across our services. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about driving high standards in health and social care.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

· Plan, coordinate, and carry out internal quality audits (medication, finance, H&S, infection control, eating and swallowing, and more).

· Lead on completing Key Quality Audits for people we support.

· Review audit outputs, identify trends, and escalate concerns.

· Support the development, monitoring, and follow-up of action plans from audits and inspections.

· Work with management teams to roll out new systems, policies, and procedures.

· Act as a point of contact for quality team members, offering guidance and consistency.

· Contribute to training, mentoring, and the professional development of staff.

What We’re Looking For

✔ Minimum 2 years’ experience in Health & Social Care

✔ Experience conducting or coordinating audits

✔ NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards)

✔ Good knowledge of CQC standards & Health and Social Care Act

✔ Confident communicator with strong organisational skills

✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office

✔ Full UK driving licence & access to a vehicle

✔ Experience in a coordination or supervisory role

✔ Experience contributing to quality improvement plans or performance reporting
