    As the Registered Manager, you will lead with empathy and strength, guiding the team to maintain the settled, positive atmosphere already in place while supporting each young person’s individual journey. You’ll also have the support of Homes2Inspire – the only charity-owned provider of residential children’s homes in Ofsted’s top 10 – where 95% of our homes are rated Good or Outstanding.

    What you’ll bring:
    • QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Residential Childcare (or working towards)
    • At least 2 years’ recent experience in a supervisory role within a Registered Children’s Home
    • Proven managerial and leadership skills with a child-centred approach
    • Strong knowledge of children’s home regulations and legislation
    • A positive track record with Ofsted inspections
    • The ability to inspire a team and build trusted relationships with stakeholders
    • Full UK Driving Licence
    • Enhanced DBS on the update service
