Join SPEAR as a Rough Sleeper Navigator and help transform lives in Kingston. In this role, you’ll work directly with people currently sleeping rough, providing consistent support and guidance as they move away from street homelessness. Working closely with SPEAR’s outreach team and partner agencies, you’ll assess individual needs, develop tailored support plans, and help clients access accommodation, healthcare, benefits, and opportunities for education or employment.
