ARC HD Services Ltd is part of Community Integrated Care and is a specialist care provider that delivers residential care and 1:1 support for young people aged 9–18 who face significant social, emotional, and mental health difficulties. These include conditions such as ASD, ADHD, PTSD, eating disorders, and trauma-related behavioural challenges.

They operate three children’s homes, each designed to support up to three young people. The homes are described as warm, welcoming, and homely, with a strong emphasis on individualised, child-centred care. Each young person has their own bedroom, bathroom, and lounge, alongside communal areas for meals and social interaction.

We are currently looking for a dedicated, caring Waking Night Support Worker to join our team in New Milton, Hampshire on a full time permanent contract supporting the next generation of stars to live the best life possible.
