School Secretary & Clubs Coordinator
Do you have previous experience working in a busy school office?Are you highly organised and calm under pressure?Are you someone who is friendly, approachable and works well in a small team?
We are looking for a School Secretary & Clubs Coordinator to join the busy front office at RGS Prep. This is a full time position working term time plus three weeks.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Ensure that the school register is complete morning and afternoon.
- Answer telephone calls, pass on messages, find and provide answers to questions.
- Manage the office email inbox.
- Provide secretarial support to teaching staff as required.
- Provide first aid when the first aid lead is not available.
- Manage the school’s co-curricular clubs’ system and liaise with club providers.

- Circa £27,000 per annum (£31,000 FTE)
