Title: Services and Development Manager
Salary: £27,995 – £32,285 per annum FTE (Subject to Performance and Funding)
Hours: 37 Hours per week
Location: Sandwell (with travel to Solihull or other outreach locations)
Responsible to: Head of Operations
We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Services and Development Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across our integrated services portfolio – including community engagement, health and wellbeing, independent living, and employment support.
Reporting to the Head of Operations, you’ll lead a team delivering projects that engage, enable and empower people, ensuring services are co-produced, outcome-focused, and aligned with Ideal for All’s user-led ethos. You’ll play a key role in performance management, partnership development, service improvement, and ensuring we achieve sustainable, high-quality impact for those we support.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage, motivate and support a multidisciplinary team delivering integrated services.
· Oversee high-quality delivery across community, health, wellbeing and employment programmes.
· Drive service development through collaboration, co-production and user involvement.
· Build strong relationships with partners, funders, employers and local stakeholders.
· Monitor performance and impact against KPIs, contracts and quality standards (e.g. MATRIX, ISO).
· Lead membership, volunteering, and employer engagement functions.
· Support innovation, fundraising, and the development of new projects and partnerships.
About You You’ll bring strong leadership and organisational skills, with a track record of managing community-based or employment-related services. You’ll be passionate about inclusion and person-centred working, experienced in partnership building and performance delivery, and motivated to make a real difference in people’s lives.
