This role is an exciting opportunity within a newly revamped Volunteering and Participation Team at Via.
As the Volunteering Advisor, you will be responsible for supporting and advising managers and teams on the effective recruitment, training and retention of Volunteers of all types in Via, including, Volunteer Counsellors and Volunteer Peers. This will include the safe and effective recruitment of volunteers into the organisation.
The role will also include working with an exciting new Volunteering and Participation strategy that will shape the future of Via.
The ServiceYou will form part of the Central Team of Volunteering and Participation Services.
LocationThis role is home-based with travel to Via services and key stakeholder meetings as required.
