Flexible part-time hours between 9 am - 4 pm up to 17 hours per week | £25kpa You’ll be: Leading small group sessions with a focus on wellbeing Supporting people with mild learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs Helping build self-confidence and find purpose through meaningful activities & conversations We’re looking for someone who: Has at least 2 years experience working with vulnerable adults Excellent & adaptable interpersonal communication skills Loves creating opportunities for people of all abilities Is organised, motivated and ready to make a difference In return you’ll get to work in a supportive environment with real purpose, variety and opportunity to grow.
