Willen Hospice is seeking an exceptional Associate Director – Strategic Giving & Partnerships to lead and transform our high-value fundraising. This senior role focuses on cultivating powerful partnerships, shaping and delivering innovative giving strategies, and securing sustainable income that fuels our vital work.
As part of the senior leadership team, you will drive the growth of complex donor portfolios, nurture long-term corporate and philanthropy partnerships, as well as leading our trusts, legacies, and individual giving programmes. Your expertise in major gift fundraising, senior stakeholder engagement, and bespoke stewardship will be key to building sustainable relationships that deliver lasting results.

What you’ll do:
Lead and embed a culture of transformational fundraising across the organisation.
Develop and deliver ambitious strategies for corporate fundraising, major donor engagement, legacy in-memory giving and regular giving.
Lead, inspire and grow a skilled fundraising team.
Oversee an income portfolio of c.£5 million, ensuring sustainable growth.
