Tempo Time Credits is looking for a Regional Community Partnerships & Engagement Lead to join their values–led charity that is powered by people who believe in community, connection and positive change.

As this position involves regular travel across the region, the successful candidate must live in Wales, have a car, and hold a full UK driving license.
Duties as Regional Community Partnerships & Engagement Lead:
- Engaging and connecting communities.Building strong relationships with local organisations, volunteers, and residents to strengthen and grow the Tempo Time Credits network.
- Supporting community partners.Providing guidance, training, and resources to help groups embed Time Credits effectively and sustainably.
- Promoting participation and inclusion.Encouraging and supporting diverse individuals to get involved in volunteering and community activity.
- Planning and delivering local activities.Organising events, workshops, and opportunities that promote earning and using Time Credits.
- Coordinating communication and reporting.Developing local newsletters, contributing via social media, and monitoring information to share progress and learning.
- Fostering collaboration and learning.Supporting innovation across the network by capturing insights, sharing best practice, and helping communities thrive together.
At Tempo, we re looking for a Regional Community Partnerships & Engagement Lead with:
- Experience in community development or volunteer coordination, ideally within the charity sector or local community settings.
- Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to engage and support a range of community organisations and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to plan, deliver, and report on community projects or programmes, including data collection and monitoring.
- Confident in using digital tools and CRM systems to manage information, communications, and reporting.
- Skilled in facilitating training, workshops, or events that build local capability and encourage participation.
