About the Role
Are you passionate about culture, heritage, and creating unforgettable experiences? The Roman Baths, one of the UK’s most iconic historic sites, is seeking a dynamic and creative Cultural Programmes Manager to develop a vibrant programme of events and activities.
As Cultural Programmes Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our vision to “learn from the past, understand the present, shape the future” by engaging and inspiring visitors from around the world. You’ll design, deliver, and evaluate a diverse annual programme of cultural events, talks, and workshops that celebrate the unique history and collections of the Roman Baths, while balancing commercial objectives with social and charitable goals. You’ll work closely with colleagues across Heritage Services, as well as artists, community groups, and national organisations, to ensure our cultural offer is innovative, inclusive, and commercially successful.
You’ll be joining a team dedicated to preserving and sharing the story of the Roman Baths, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and one of the best-preserved Roman sites in the world. This is your chance to shape the cultural life of a world-class heritage attraction and make a real impact on our visitors and community.
