    Join us a Deputy Regional Maintenance Manager and help improve the lives of people using P3 Charity’s services by keeping their homes safe, comfortable and well-maintained.

    What You’ll Do

    - Support the Regional Maintenance Manager with daily operations and monthly reporting.

    - Manage maintenance jobs in line with P3’s service level agreements.

    - Ensure high standards of workmanship and service across all properties.

    - Provide multi-skilled expertise in your trade area, carrying out quality repairs and replacements.

    - Help keep our properties safe, comfortable, and welcoming for everyone.

    What You’ll Bring

    - IOSH Managing Safely certification (desirable, but not necessary).

    - City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 (minimum) in at least one trade.

    - Experience leading a maintenance or multi-skilled team.

    - Strong problem-solving skills, initiative and ability to work with a wide range of people.

    - A background in property maintenance.

    - A proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    - A passion for helping others and making a tangible difference.
