Are you passionate about combining your leadership skills and knowledge of property maintenance to make a meaningful difference in the community?

Join us as a Maintenance Operatives Team Leader and help improve the lives of people using P3 Charity’s services by ensuring their living environments are safe, comfortable, and well-maintained.

Working at various sites across Cheltenham and Gloucester, you will carry out essential tasks like damp and mould surveys, fire door inspections, and planning maintenance priorities whilst also leading a small yet very successful and hard-working team of Decorators and Maintenance Operatives, delegating tasks, providing them with technical support, and overseeing contractor work to ensure deadlines and budgets are met.

With a focus on safety, efficiency, and quality, you’ll help drive improvements and track resources across our repairs and replacement service, ensuring our properties remain a safe haven for all. You will possess a good understanding of legal compliance, including HHSRS to deliver our departmental standards.

We’re looking for someone with IOSH Managing Safely certification, a City & Guilds qualification or NVQ level 2 in at least one trade with skills and leadership experience in a similar role, who can work with a wide range of people and take initiative. A company van, tools, and workwear are provided.

If you’re ready to combine your leadership skills and knowledge of property maintenance to make a real impact in helping others, we want to hear from you.
